Delete Account

You can request deletion of your Graphity account and associated data through this page. This request is intended for users who want to permanently close their Graphity account.

How to request deletion

1. Open your email app using the button below.
2. Send the request from the email address associated with your Graphity account when possible.
3. Use the subject line DELETE MY GRAPHITY ACCOUNT.
4. Include the account email or other account identifier needed to locate the account.

What happens after the request

We will verify the request as needed to protect the account holder and then process deletion of the account and associated user data, subject to information that we must retain for legitimate legal, security, fraud prevention, accounting or other lawful purposes.

Subscription note

Deleting a Graphity account does not automatically change a subscription managed by Google Play or another payment platform. Cancel an active subscription through the platform that billed you.
