These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Graphity and related services. By using Graphity, you agree to follow these terms and applicable law.

1. Using Graphity

You must provide information that is reasonably accurate when creating or maintaining an account. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.

2. User content

You remain responsible for photos, text, social links and other material you submit to Graphity. You must have the necessary rights or permissions to use content you upload and must not use Graphity to create or distribute unlawful, infringing, deceptive or abusive material.

3. Graphity-generated content

Graphity provides tools for creating, customizing, downloading and sharing poster designs. Features, templates and availability may change over time.

4. Premium services

Certain features may require a paid subscription or other paid entitlement. Pricing, billing period, renewal and cancellation terms will be shown through the applicable purchase channel.

5. Payments and cancellation

If a purchase is made through Google Play, the applicable Google Play purchase and subscription rules apply. If a purchase is made through another payment channel that Graphity lawfully supports, the terms of that channel and Graphity's published refund policy apply.

6. Prohibited use

  • Do not violate applicable laws or third-party rights.
  • Do not attempt to bypass authentication, subscriptions or other access controls.
  • Do not interfere with the security, integrity or availability of Graphity.
  • Do not upload malicious code or content intended to harm others.
  • Do not use Graphity to impersonate people or mislead others unlawfully.

7. Intellectual property

Graphity's software, branding and platform components are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Graphity's intellectual property to you.

8. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risks, unlawful activity, fraud or material violations of these Terms.

9. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend or discontinue features. We aim to keep the service available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
