Graphity ("Graphity", "we", "us", or "our") provides a greeting-poster creation and sharing service. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Graphity mobile application and related services.
1. Information we may collect
Account and authentication information
Depending on the sign-in method you use, Graphity may receive account identifiers and basic profile information from the authentication provider. This can include your name, email address, account identifier and profile image.
Profile and business information
You may provide information such as your name, business name and social media links so that Graphity can personalize your poster designs.
Photos and user-created content
Graphity may process photos and other content that you choose to upload for creating or customizing posters. User-selected content is used to provide the features you request, such as previewing, creating, downloading or sharing a poster.
Subscription and transaction information
When you purchase a premium service, Graphity may receive transaction, subscription, entitlement or order information needed to activate and manage the service. Payment credentials such as full card numbers are not described here because this policy does not claim that Graphity stores them. The applicable payment provider or app store processes payment details under its own terms and privacy policy.
Technical information
Graphity may process technical information needed to operate and secure the service, such as app requests, diagnostics, authentication tokens and security logs.
2. How we use information
- To authenticate you and maintain your account.
- To personalize poster previews and generated content.
- To provide downloads, sharing and other requested features.
- To manage subscriptions and premium entitlements.
- To prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues and protect service security.

3. Sharing and third-party services
We may use service providers that help us operate Graphity, including authentication, cloud storage/media processing, analytics or payment services where those services are enabled. These providers process information according to their own terms and privacy practices and only as needed for the services they provide.
4. User-controlled sharing
When you explicitly choose to share a generated poster using a device sharing feature or another third-party destination, the information you share is handled by the destination service you choose. Review that service's privacy policy for details.
5. Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain account and transaction records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, satisfy legal obligations, and protect the service. Retention periods can vary depending on the type of information.
6. Data security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse or disclosure. No internet or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
7. Children's privacy
Graphity is not intended to collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. We do not knowingly design the service to target children.
8. Your choices and deletion
You can request deletion of your Graphity account and associated data by using our Delete Account page. Certain information may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud prevention or other legitimate purposes, and such retention will be handled in accordance with applicable requirements.
9. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this policy when our service or legal requirements change. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
